Concept & Result The name LOT is a pun referring to its founder Charlotte and the flemish word 'lotte' (monkfish), with the latter serving as the brand's playful mascotte. The identity combines Charlotte's high standards and eye for detail as a chef, with a warm, informal setting and a touch of humor.
