Context Solva came to us with the ambitious project of creating a tool that would provide information regarding safety and legislation to landlords and property owners.
Concept Rather than recording a video of a technician controller, we opted for animation, knowing this would be a way to add some playfulness to the otherwise dry subject matter. A printed step-by-step guide helps to explain the requirements your rental home must meet to be able to rent out safely. Loose index cards for each category are brightened up with jolly illustrations. To help clarify the legislation, the text was structured as a lists for the property owner to tick off as a self evaluation.
